Getting outside
Discover the 75 acres of park space planned in Seton, like Elsa's Tower Park, the skatepark, and the dog park where you will find free outdoor fun for everyone, regardless of age or ability.
-
Elsa’s Tower Playground
The Elsa Park caters to kids aged 5 to 12, with bright blue slides of various heights, swings, and balancing obstacles on a soft, compact surface that is easy to play on, won’t track sand or dirt home, and is built with accessibility in mind.
There is also a smaller structure for toddlers aged 2 to 5 that is lower to the ground and a bit less challenging. Created to help kids use their imagination and get active, this play structure is a great place to run wild. You can spend an afternoon at this park, enjoying the grassy areas and pathways where you can fly a kite, ride a bike, have a picnic and more.
-
Seton Skatepark
This Skatepark is open all year, but it gets busier when the weather is warmer and the community gathers. Bring your scooter, rollerblades, or skateboard to practice tricks or ride up and down hills at this park. It has challenges for adults and kids of all ages and skill levels.
-
Fitcore Extreme
Next to the skatepark is the Fitcore Extreme obstacle course designed for older kids and teens to learn new skills and practice movement. Test your agility and strength on balance beams, climbing walls, exercise bars and more parkouring through this course, sure to get your heartrate going.
-
Basketball Hoops
Finally, shoot some hoops and practice your basketball skills at the three partial courts on the same block as the skatepark. This block is perfect for adventurous kids, teenagers, and kids-at-heart adults, looking for community spaces to get outside this Spring.
-
Seton Dog Park
This park is safe for your dogs, with wood chips and a fence. It's a good spot for them to play and meet other dogs. This off-leash park is open wide with some fun add-ons for enrichment, like young trees and large tires to hide behind or chase other pups around
Enjoy Spring
These parks are just a few places to enjoy the new warmer weather and get outside. Now is a great time to get active and find inspiration, so gather your friends and family and enjoy the outdoor spaces in your community and beyond.
